When products are covered by warranty and supported by proof of purchase, customers may choose to send the products back to our factory for inspection.
If a defect is confirmed, the brand will cover 100% of the costs and send a refurbished unit at no charge.
If the product is found to be functioning correctly and no manufacturing defect is identified, collection and return shipping costs will be charged, along with one hour of labor (€30 + VAT) for equipment inspection.
The total amount plus VAT will be charged via a payment link, and once payment is received, the products will be returned by courier.
A demonstration video will be sent by email if no warranty defect is found.
This measure allows us to maintain a high standard of quality and service, ensuring that every product leaving our factory meets our customers’ expectations.

Shipping and other charges for any type of return shall be borne by the buyer.
